Eugene Robert Pougheon, French 1886-1955 - An Amazon and her horse, 1931; pencil and charcoal on paper, signed, dedicated to 'Robert Foster' and dated '31 lower right, 54 x 44.5 cm (ARR) AMENDMENT: Please note the work has now been examined out of the frame; there are old adhesive strips attached at various points along the edges verso. There are some minor nicks around the edges of the sheet, mostly seen to the lower right section recto. There is a small tear to the lower left edge, in line with the figure's extended finger. Held in a silver gilded glazed frame. The work has not been examined out the frame. There are a few minor spots of foxing, otherwise the drawing appears to be in good condition.
