DESCRIPTION: Bela Adelbert Czobel (Hungary, 1883-1976). Graphite and pastel on paper. House amongst trees. Signed in pencil lower right. In gilded gessoed frame with silk linen liner. PROVENANCE: Purchased at Collectors Gallery on April 4, 1966. From a prominent Kings Point, New York Estate. MEASUREMENTS: 17-3/4" x 23". Overall with frame 23-1/4" x 29-1/2". CONDITION: Light rippling and creasing to paper. Wear to frame.
