Two expressive contemporary glazed ceramic sculptures, mounted on wood bases, by Alaska artist Alex Duff Combs (1919-2008), titled "Abstract Figures I & II". These superb pieces by the noted potter and art teacher are not signed, but hail directly from his estate. The sculpture with a somewhat tan-hued glaze measures approximately 2.75" x 2.75" x 8.25" tall. Minor losses are observed, as photographed.
