A lovely cold painted sculpture on a marble base by a listed American marine life artist depicting a mother whale and her newborn calf. Numbered 216/250 on the tail of the mother. Plaque on base reads "First Breath, Wyland, Dockside Trading Co., Ketchikan, Alaska". Measures approximately 17" x 11" x 7" and weighs 6.5 lbs.
