Monumental Polychromed Metal Sculpture of Mercury, first quarter 20th century, the painted surface simulating patination, the messenger of the gods with winged helmet and feet and holding a caduceus, the personification of Aeolus, the god of wind, under his feet, after Giovanni da Bologna (Flemish/Italian, 1529-1608), on a pedestal plinth, h. 102", w. 15", d. 28".
