They are blown and then compressed to show the qualities of glass similar to painting and sculpture - color, luminosity and fluid form. This piece hints at a figurative shape within. It is simply elegant. We had been looking for a work of Laura?s for some time. Finally found this piece with Kate Elliott of Elliott Gallery in Seattle, WA in 2004.? Signed by the artist.
