Brad Howe (1959, America), Kinetic Metal Sculpture in the style of Calder. Three red coated metal legs supporting a blue ovoid platform with yellow slanted point extending up. Upon this point freely balances a curling metal rod terminating in a red metal oval. Signed and dated 1991 on base. 6"h x 12"d. Brad Howe's kinetic sculptures exhibit the influence of Calder and Miro, but the artist's forms and shapes are unique to his vision. Howe trained at Stanford University, California and University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Condition: some light chipping as expected to the finish at the edges of the metal.
