A FINE CARVED CIRCULAR RED LACQUER BOX AND COVER LATER MING DYNASTY D: 7.6 cm The top is very slightly domed and carved with three boys, one of whom is flying a kite in a landscape with a willow tree, prunus and a rock. The sides are carved with a broad key-fret, and the base and inside are lacquered black.
