A Doulton glazed stoneware urn, second half of the 19th century, of campana form, twin-handled, decorated with foliage and putti figures in relief, raised on a stepped pedestal base (43cm diameter, 72cm high) Provenance: Donnington Castle House, Newbury, Berkshire. Condition Report: General wear throughout, commensurate with age and use. Significiant discolouration: appears to be darkened in parts. Some minor cracks and scuffs. Structurally stable. Slight 'wobble' to base.
