Estate item. See photos for detail. Signed "R. Lalique" in script on bottom rim. Also has an etched word(s) and numbers on the bottom center looks like "Orrefors". Condition note: there is an area of roughness along the upper inside rim, see the photo of this small spot. The lid was found with a paper label inside, as shown in photo. The estate did have other glass and Lalique pieces, so possibly this was to keep the lid correctly matched. You are welcome to email any questions before auction day. Bid your judgement! Customer reported base is ORREFORS CIRCA 1940, MODEL 2138. In addition after seeing photos of this model we are adding base appears to be cut down. Lalique lid? Verdict not in about that. Bottom Line - Mixed up estate piece here to sell for what it is. Thanks for the messages!
