LARGE PAINTED GERMAN STEIN Large, ornate painted German beer stein, lidded, 21.75 in. tall overall, 7 in. across the base, depicting wives and husbands at a beer hall, one wife pulling at her husband at an effort to get him to leave. Marked at bottom, likely 4.0-litre. Very good.
