Fred Otnes, frontispiece, collage, mixed media, 20" x 19", Otnes used techniques like photo-transfer, overlays and printmaking in combining his own draftsmanship with printed material, fabric, photographs and other elements to achieve sometimes surreal pastiches. Unique original artwork used for the frontispiece in the Franklin Library book "The Soul of a New Machine", from the Franklin Mint Archives
