Willem de Kooning, 1904-1997, NY, mixed media on paper drawing of an abstract face, signed lower right, "de Kooning," in pencil, 21 3/4" x 14", a 4 1/2" tear on the lower right center, just above a small edge tear. Provenance: See signed letter from consignor describing the history of this painting from de Kooning to Mr. George Schultz in the 1930's who then traded the painting to the present consignor M. Mooney, Albany, NY approximately 20 years ago.
