HIRST DAMIEN: (1965- ) English Artist. A printed colour 4to menu for the fashionable restaurant Pharmacy in Notting Hill, London, boldly signed by Hirst in black ink to the colour cover and dated 14th January 1998 in his hand. Hirst has added an original doodle in his hand of a smiling face at the centre of the slice of toast illustrated on the cover. VG
