Consisting primarily of steel, the outer surface has an applied brass roundel, bosses, pierced ovals, and crescents, all incised with small circles centered on dots. The outer border has crenelated and incised brass decoration, and the inside is lined with red fabric and has a similarly lined cushion at its center. India, 19th century.
