This photograph is of a US Cavalry soldier. The photo is not dated but thought to be 1902. The soldier carries a .30-40 Krag that was obsoleted by the 1903 Springfield, he also carries a model 1840 saber, and a Colt model 1902 semi-automatic pistol. 5 in.
