Thereafter, it is possible to submit a total bid for all lot numbers in the award group. For this purpose, the sums of the individual surcharges are added together and it is possible to submit bids for the entire group. If several total bids are received, the highest bidder will be awarded the contract. If no total bid is received that exceeds the sum of the individual surcharges by at least 10%, the conditional surcharges for the individual lots remain valid. Danach besteht die Möglichkeit der Abgabe eines Gesamtgebotes auf alle Losnummern der Auszeichnungsgruppe. Dazu werden die Summen der Einzelzuschläge addiert und es besteht die Möglichkeit der Abgabe von Geboten auf die komplette Gruppe. Sollten mehrere Gesamtgebote eingehen erhält der höchste Bieter den Zuschlag. Sollte kein Gesamtgebot das die Summe der Einzelzuschläge um mindestens 10% übersteigt erfolgen behalten die Vorbehaltszuschläge für die einzelnen Lose Ihre Gültigkeit.
