The photo is an official White House photograph of Carter that was signed by him, "Best Wishes to Bayard Evans / Jimmy Carter". Accompanying this photograph is a 1/11/1980 letter to Bayard Evans from the Director of Presidential Correspondence. Bayard and Ruth Evans were well known restaurant owners in the Washington D.C. area. In-house shipping is available. Open pickup is Tuesday, Oct. 29 from Noon to 7 pm at our offices in Carroll, OH 43112 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
