Document signed “Jno. T. Ford,” The City Commissioner's Office of Baltimore, on 17th June 1885, executed this receipt for five dollars to the owner of Ford's Theatre, John T. Ford (1829-1894) 8 1/2 x 7 inches. Ford's autograph acknowledges receiving payment. for labor and material.
