Three signed books by or about Margaret Thatcher, from the collection of William Webster. William Webster was a judge on the US Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, before serving as both director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (1978 - 1987) and the Central Intelligence Agency (1987 - 1991).
