Autograph Letter Signed, "Milhaud," to "Dear Mr. Hilb," in English, congratulating him on his catalogue of printed music, written on the verso of an Affiliated Musicians order form accomplished in holograph and Signed twice ("Milhaud" and in full). The form, showing his Paris address and 11 catalogue selections, including "Berlioz. Romeo and Juliet," and "Krenek. Scenes from the West." 2 pages, 8vo; remnants of cello tape at upper and lower edges. Paris, 20 November no year
