DAUBIGNY CHARLES-FRANCOIS: (1817-1878) French Painter associated with the Barbizon School. A.L.S., C Daubigny, one page, 8vo, n.p., n.d., to a gentleman. Daubigny replies to his correspondent's friendly letter and states that he can see him in Paris 'at my studio - quai d'Anjou 13 where I am every Friday and where you can choose for yourself some proofs of my etchings.' With blank integral leaf. Some light, uniform discoloration to the edges of the letter, evidently caused by previous framing. The signature is a touch light, naturally, as a result of the artist's pen running out of ink towards the end of the letter. The text and signature remain perfectly legible. About VG. €125-150
