[GARBO GRETA]: (1905-1990) Swedish Actress, Academy Award winner. HURRELL GEORGE (1904-1992) American Photographer, famous for his Hollywood portraits of the 1930s and 1940s. An excellent, large 16 x 20 silver gelatin photograph of Greta Garbo by Hurrell, the image depicting the actress in a head and shoulders pose wearing a white fur collar. Signed ('Hurrell') by the photographer only to the lower white border in bold dark fountain pen ink. Limited edition number 209 of 250. Professionally mounted on a black board and matted in white to an overall size of 21.5 x 25.5. VG
