About the Artist: Thomas Arthur Browne (1870-1910) was an extremely popular English Strip Cartoonist, Painter and Illustrator of the late Victorian and Edwardian periods. The logo of Johnnie Walker Whiskey, the strutting monocle character was created by Tom Browned in 1908 | Condition: Very Good overall. Even toning / darkening, especially around the edges; Image nonetheless shows strong colors.
