Signed Goto Tomohide. Made on a richly colored shakudo plate, with ultra-fine nanako ground. Relief animals throughout, representing each of the zodiac animals. The dai has a dragon, rabbit, horse, snake, boar, and goat, while the sho has a monkey, tiger, bull, rat, rooster, and dog. Both tsuba are signed and housed in a paulownia daisho box, but appears to originally have been for another set as they don't fit exactly correctly. Condition Excellent, with excellent detail throughout. Some very minor handling marks and rubs. Box missing a few slivers of softwood. Gorgeous. Condition: Dimensions:
