Lot consists of (A) Large sized fuchi approximately 1.3cm tall, 2.2cm wide, and 3.8cm long. Signed "Makikawa (kao)". Decorated with three scrambling oni, two in gold and one incised, with the reverse featrung a fourth oni frantically trying to catch up to his compatriots. (B) Kashira with an oni joyfully stealing a straw hat with a silver face and arms, with highlights in gold. Braided shitadome. Housed in a pawlonia wood box. Condition Very good, with some rubs.
