Two Satsuma shallow dishes  Signed Genzan Taisho period, early 20th century  each decorated in various coloured enamels and gilt with geometric border to rim; the first with a central peacock and birds, including cockerels, swallows, swifts, pheasants and quail; the second with a flock of cranes in flight  each 25 cm., 9½ in. diam.
