1741 Antique Spanish Colonial Coin with 14k Yellow Gold Enhancer Featuring Griffins and Crowns. It measures approximately 2" x 2.25". The coin is a silver real de plata, the currency of the Spanish colonies in America and the Philippines. This coin was established in the seventeenth century. Coins were produced at mints in Bogota, Caracas, Guatemala City, Lima, Mexico City, Popayan, Potosi, Santo Domingo and Santiago. The coin is in good condition for its age and displayed in a beautiful enhancer which is in excellent condition.
